Vizion France is growing rapidly with its own dedicated team and bespoke systems, built specifically for the French market, to fulfil its unique attributes.
In our first major client project, Vizion and WRC are working closely with Ford France to assist in the delivery and management of the newly formed Ford Carrosserie Conforme Network, FCCN.
This provides an ideal symmetry to the FCCN operations here in the UK, whilst ensuring the uniqueness of the French and UK markets are realised in the wider design.
The Vizion France team, working hand in hand with the Ford team in France, are supported from the UK, sharing knowledge and best practice. The Ford team in France, Cologne and the UK provide a wealth of experience, helping to move these very exciting new initiatives forward at pace in both markets, to realise the full opportunity for the customer and partnerships through collaboration.
The first phase priority is to increase the presence and position of FCCN in the French market and to align with and complement existing Ford infrastructure and services. We will then expand the network elements quickly to include a general Vizion network solution and other brands.
Phase one is well underway, with a comprehensive recruitment and auditing programme using Vizion Opus™, our integrated auditing and standards platform within Cortex™ allowing repairers to apply and manage key questions to ensure compliance to the Ford Carrosserie Conforme Network.
The next stages will bring the popular fully integrated system of customer booking, repairer management via AutoFlow™ and Cortex™, allowing a full range of digital solution to all repairers, with a constant focus and faster progression towards the connected customer experience.
