Engineer Home Based, £34,000 Per Annum

Purpose

• To act as a technical vehicle construction and repair expert.
• To provide assistance and support and develop the skills, knowledge and experience of the Vizion office team so they become more efficient and effective.
• To carry out image-based desk top inspections and provide authority to independent and vehicle manufacturer repairers to agreed tolerance levels.
• To review cases of complaint involving technical vehicle construction and repair issues and provide guidance and recommendation on best course of action.
• To carry out regular sample audit of the repair network based on Vizion's Repairer Audit Policy in relation to correct claim circumstances, method and cost of repair.
