Vizion Network Ltd is the largest network of automotive repair centres and automotive repair and management services in the UK and Ireland. Vizion provides network and claims management services and solutions to a growing proportion of the UK market which includes insurers, vehicle manufacturers, brokers and fleets.
To have an understanding of and assist with working practices, grievance, disciplinary, recruitment, pay, conditions of employment, equality and diversity and staff welfare.
To assist in the implementation of policies relating to the effective management of personnel.
To assist in the provision of training and development opportunities available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve Company objectives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment - prepare adverts, job descriptions, maintain recruitment competency matrix and support with interviews
Onboarding and Induction
Retention and Engagement
Data Management and Compliance
Advising managers on HR processes and procedures including grievance, discipline, absence management, maternity, paternity, flexible working etc
Supporting the Senior HR Advisor to manage HR projects in line with Company and departmental objectives
DSE Workstation Assessments
Management of Employee database
Role Specific Skills and Knowledge
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience working as an HR Advisor
CIPD Level 5 Qualified
Generalist HR knowledge, particularly in the areas of grievance, disciplinary, recruitment and absence management
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Pragmatic and flexible
Full training on Company systems, processes and procedures will be provided
