Job Description/Responsibilities

Direct Authorities:

Line Manager

Operations Manager


To provide professional office duties to the Line Manager and Operations Manager. The Apprentice is responsible for dealing with day to day office duties.


Liaising with clients and customers

Providing first level response to complaints

Keeping customers and clients updated

Managing mailboxes

Updating of internal systems

Undertaking data entry tasks

General administration tasks

Supporting with business initiatives as required

Producing accurate timelines of events to assist with complaint resolution

Supporting the Customer Liaison team with administrative updates

Be an active member of the Events and Social team (arranging events)

Any other duties that you may be asked to carry out
