A customer may wish to view your profile to make an informed decision on their choice.
Your profile is visible on all customer sites, this is under the 'My Repairer' page and will be used for directions, opening times and details about the repairer.
Clients may use this to search repairers when pre-booking or for reference.
Some sites will have postcode searches for repairers, your profile will be available to view.
Cortex provides the means to communicate with your customer and to engage with them on a digital level.
