All Vizion repairs are shown in Cortex, and each have a repair card which displays all the information related to that repair as well as interactive possibilities.

Because of this synchronisation, key information regarding the repair is visible in Cortex as well as additional services and options such as updating and WayPoint to further interact with the customer journey.

Whether you are updating, looking at feedback, or need to find old repairs for auditing, you will see the same information data set.
