These pages allow you to interact with the customer or repair data.
Because of this synchronisation, key information regarding the repair is visible in Cortex as well as additional services and options such as updating and WayPoint to further interact with the customer journey.
Whether you are updating, looking at feedback, or need to find old repairs for auditing, you will see the same information data set.
Update Customer
Update the customer with text and photos.

Pause Updates
If your repair is waiting for parts or there is a delay, simply pause the repair to remove from your update list.

Repair Certificate
Once the repair is complete you can download your certificate here to handover to the customer, please note, the customer can also access their certificate via their hub.

When the repair has been collected or is complete, the feedback for the repair will be shown here.

If the customer wishes to replace their courtesy car with a tree planted in their name.
