Options and filtering

As with other instances on the site, you can aggregate the data based on the filters.

These are dependent on the list and the relevant options will show.

Date Range

Select a day or a particular date range, by default it is from the beginning of a calendar year.

Region

If you have bodyshop's in different regions you can use this to focus on just one.

Work Provider

Shows work providers that use Feedback.

Contract

Provides a group of work providers.

Once you have set your filters, click apply to generate a list of feedback based on your requirements.

The registration can be clicked to view repair job card, and the speech mark symbol will indicate if a customer has left any feedback. Using this page you can review all of your customers comments and results, simply by clicking their name.
