The non compliant option is explained on the audit population page, basically you assign an action plan name (this is predefined for you), a date for completion and also who is responsible.
These are then added to your action plan, and this basically provides a list of outstanding tasks for your audit progression. Clicking on them will show a more detailed page.
Your calendar
The completion dates are added to your calendar and anyone associated to your bodyshop will see these dates. Reminders will be sent by Cortex when these dates are set to expire, this also applies to any question that asks for an expiry date for a particular certification, etc
