Quality of service is very important to Vizion. So much so we have invested in our own survey and rating system.
When a vehicle is repaired and collected, Vizion send out a simple questionnaire that can be filled in by simply clicking on the link provided.
The data is then collected and processed to give each member a score based on the feedback given. EVERY question and reply is taken seriously and our system allows only genuine information to be added. Our system then rewards our members with a rating based on the feedback.
In the unlikely event that your experience was less than perfect, we may call you to see what happened so that we can investigate further.
