Job Description

To achieve the required competencies in negotiation and settlement of Total Loss claims for selected clients. The administration and resolution of Vizion Repairer queries relating to networked assessments, delays in authorisation, invoicing and salvage removal.

Role Profile

• Act as a first level point of contact for customers, clients, repair network members, suppliers and partners
• Allocation of daily workload to Vizion engineers
• Receive incoming calls/emails and act promptly, dealing with all enquiries or actions in a professional manner
• Process and resolve networking issues for repairers
• Negotiation with customers to agree settlement for their Total Loss vehicle
• Monitoring of VRN mailbox and deployment of cases to VRN for New Car Replacement
• Maintain all spreadsheets for the Total Loss function, including monthly reporting
• Highlight to line manager any potential process improvements across departments and the network to reduce the level assessment errors
• Through continuous improvement, identify potential company training requirements which would assist in the reduction of repeat failures
• All Catchall cases to be reviewed as first task each day
• To meet agreed targets
• Manage your daily workload to ensure efficiency is maintained
• The completion of duties as required from time to time by the Management Team

Person Specification

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• GCSE Maths and English
• Excellent telephone manner
• Knowledge of Audatex an advantage
• Able to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to work to agreed deadlines, targets and objectives
• Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously to a high level of accuracy
• Good planning and organisational skills
• First class communication skills

Training to be provided on all areas of the role.

Other:

Reports to: Total Loss Team Leader/Engineering Manager.

Hours: Average 38.5 per week, Monday to Friday, plus one in four Saturdays (8:30 - 12:30).

Location: Wellingborough.

Holiday: 21 days, plus statutory bank holidays.
