A complementary service for all PowerDrive customers is 'Occulus' a charge management platform. Occulus allows fleet managers to remotely control each charger and access powerful charging insights, helping to reduce energy costs and optimise fleet operations.

  • Software Over The Air (SOTA) updates via our Network Support team
  • Annual maintenance service via our Engineering team, who are fully trained in each brand.

  • 4-hour Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for on-site attendance for mainland Great Britain (8-hour for Scottish islands and next-day for Northern Ireland)
  • All critical spare parts stocked at our centrally located HQ in Coventry, with 24-hour delivery times
